With the development of new energy, hydrogen fuel engines have become a research boom in the automotive field. But there are abnormal problems such as backfire and pre-ignition during the combustion of hydrogen engines. This paper is based on the Ant Colony Optimization-Back Propagation (ACO-BP) algorithm to study the influence of different speed and load conditions on the ignition advance angle, so as to optimize the control of the hydrogen engine. The experimental system is established on a hydrogen engine converted from a 492Q gasoline engine. The prediction of the optimal ignition advance angle was obtained through experiments, and the optimal ignition MAP diagram of the hydrogen engine is constructed. The optimal ignition advance angle under different working conditions can effectively avoid the occurrence of hydrogen engine pre-ignition. The accuracy reaches 0.0018209 when the training reaches 14 times, the fitness between the actual value and the predicted value of ACO-BP training is 0.99921, the verification accuracy reaches 0.99913, and the test accuracy reaches 0.99932. Compared with the three optimization methods, the convergence speed and error accuracy of ACO-BP are significantly better than the BP neural networks and Genetic Algorithm-Back Propagation (GA-BP). This method realized the model of the nonlinear mapping model from hydrogen engine speed and load to optimal ignition advance angle, which is of great significance for solving the problem of abnormal combustion in hydrogen engine.  相似文献

为了提高三级煤矿许用炸药能量利用率,改善爆破破岩效果,保证开采区的工作效率,对不耦合装药结构进行优化,以理论推导的方式分别得出空气不耦合与水不耦合装药系数对爆生气体准静压力的影响,并进行了对比分析;通过实验室爆破模型试验研究水和空气径向不耦合分别作用下爆炸应力波的传播分布特性,分析峰值应力与测点到炮孔比例距离、不耦合系数之间的关系,并与理论分析对比验证。结果表明:当不耦合系数相同时,炮孔处水不耦合装药爆炸应力波峰值高于空气不耦合装药,随着不耦合系数的增加,炮孔处爆炸应力波的峰值应力减小;模型试验测得同一测点的水不耦合装药峰值应力是空气不耦合装药峰值应力的1.15~1.52倍,峰值应力作用时间长于空气不耦合装药,同一测点水和空气不耦合装药结构测得的应力波及其峰值应力均随不耦合系数的增加呈负幂函数衰减,且空气不耦合装药时衰减得更快,与理论分析一致;贵州某煤矿下山巷道,于梯形掘进断面实施传统空气不耦合装药结构掏槽爆破,效果不甚理想,运用水不耦合装药爆破技术,提高了炮孔利用率,减小了岩石破碎块度,使爆堆集中,显著提高了岩石破碎效果与出渣效率。  相似文献

基于实车状态下发动机的测试运行参数,提出了一种改进发动机均值模型仿真精度的方法。首先基于五电机台架对实车搭载环境下的一款自然吸气发动机进行了性能测试,分别获得发动机水温、发动机转速、发动机缸内压力、进气道压力和温度、进气歧管压力和温度、燃油体积流量、发动机飞轮端扭矩、排气歧管压力和温度、排气歧管过量空气系数、三元催化后排气压力和温度等参数;然后运用Amesim/MATLAB软件联合仿真对发动机进行了基于实车搭载环境边界下的数值建模和模型标定。研究结果表明,标定后的发动机均值模型预测结果与实际测试结果最大差值可以控制在8%以内。  相似文献

Low density, high stability and strong dielectric loss capacity endow carbon-based nanocomposites with superb microwave dissipation performances. Different from grapheme or carbon nanotubes, the graphitization degrees of carbon-based composites derived from the organic precursor pyrolysis can be accurately regulated by controlling the carbonization temperature. As such, their electromagnetic properties can be easily tuned. In this work, we report the preparation of TiO2/Co/Carbon nanofibers (CNFs) through a combined approach of electrospun and carbonization at different temperatures. The nanofibers with an average diameter of 300 nm were coated by a dense layer of TiO2 and embedded by Co/CoO nanoparticles. The performance evaluation indicated the composite obtained at 700 °C exhibits remarkably strong absorption of −63.2 dB at 9.8 GHz and wide effective absorption bandwidth of 6.4 GHz with a pretty low filling rate of 15 wt%. Further analysis on the electromagnetic behaviors shows that the composite possesses regulable impedance matching characteristic and absorption performances, implying the huge application potential under various demand conditions.  相似文献

Ice slurries are typically formed from an aqueous solution of water and salt (NaCl) at 5% salinity. Ice pigs, used in many industry areas, are taken from a bulk ice slurry and used to clear waste or recover product from pipes. Ice fraction is a key property of an ice slurry, since it determines it's ‘thickness’ and therefore cleaning capacity. Electromagnetic wave interrogation has been shown to accurately predict an ice fraction to within an error of ±1.2%. The largest remaining process error comes from inherent salinity variation, which affects the electromagnetic wave attenuation significantly. Increasing electromagnetic wave attenuation with increasing salinity and the effect of temperature, shown to also increase attenuation, is quantified. Calibration methods are proposed, aiming to eliminate the unwanted effect of varying salinity. Analysis on multiple samples showed a 16% reduction in average error, and 9% reduction in maximum error when the calibration method was applied.  相似文献

Due to the recent developments in high power lasers it is suggested to accelerate a micro-foil by the laser pressure to relativistic velocities. The time dependent velocity of this micro-foil is calculated analytically for pulsed constant laser intensity. The accelerated foil collides with a target creating a shock wave on impact. The shock wave parameters are calculated within the context of relativistic fluid dynamics.It is suggested to use the energy of the relativistic micro-foil to ignite a pre-compressed target with a density relevant for fusion ignition. The equations are written and solved for the collision between the micro-foil and the very dense target. The criteria for shock wave ignition and heat wave ignition are used to show that one needs significantly less laser energy for heat wave ignition.The present scheme shows that nuclear fast ignition by micro-foil impact could be attained in the near future with lasers that are currently under construction.  相似文献

A trivariate maximum entropy distribution of significant wave height, wind speed and the relative direction is proposed here. In this joint distribution, all the marginal variables follow modified maximum entropy distributions, and they are combined by a correlation coefficient matrix based on the Nataf transformation. The methods of single extreme factors and of conditional probability are presented for the joint design of trivariate random variables. The corresponding sampling data about significant wave heights, wind speeds and the relative directions from a location in the North Atlantic is applied for statistical analysis, and the results show that the trivariate maximum entropy distribution is sufficiently good to fit the data, and method of conditional probability can reduce the design values efficiently.  相似文献
